Students in the Bright from the Start Georgia's Pre-K Program must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2026. Pre-K registration takes place at individual schools.
Please make sure you bring the necessary documentation to register your child:
- Child’s birth certificate (must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2026)
- Social security card
- Parent ID
- Current electric bill
- Current signed lease or property tax bill or signed closing settlement statement
Please note, anyone with incomplete documentation will be required to reschedule their appointment.
The Georgia's Pre-K drawing will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the schools. The following schools host a Georgia's Pre-K Program:
- Burch ES
- Cleveland ES
- Crabapple Lane ES
- Fayetteville ES
- Huddleston ES
- Inman ES
- Kedron ES
- Minter ES
- North Fayette ES
- Oak Grove ES
- Peachtree City ES
- Spring Hill ES
If you are notified that you are selected in the lottery drawing, the deadline for submitting documents to the Enrollment Center is Friday, April 17, 2026.
Families interested in registering for the waiting list should contact the student registrar at the school.
